About Stefano
Stefano Marrone is currently post-doc at the University of Naples Federico II (Italy). His research topics are within the sphere of Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision, with applications ranging from biomedical image processing to biometrics and image/video forensics. More recently, he has also been working on the design and on the development of more ethical and fair artificial intelligence applications, spending 8 months at Imperial College London (UK), hosted by the Computational Privacy Group @ Data Science Institute. His background also covers expertise on embedded systems design, including applications for AI, approximate computing, parallelization on multi-CPU/GPU systems.
